I use VO if I don't have rye.

It's like 50% rye.

Pretty much same as this, except regular sugar and no errnge bitters. And I like to use fresh orange slice, apple slice, and a cherry. Just got some cherry bitters too and tried them out tonight. Very good.

Thanks. I only go downtown about once every six months so I'm tapped out for now. I walk home from taproom, so that's my typical spot.

She doesn't do recipes. lol

Like I said it was on a whim. So if I had to guess.... muddled mint, orange bitters, simple syrup, strained on an ice cube with a twist of orange peel. She used Elijah Craig 12.
