Lit up the smoker Sunday, started a brisket at 10:00 a.m., while it cooked, smoked some burgers for lunch, then some jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon for a snack, then had the brisket for dinner - with brocoli rice caserole on the side.

So have you scheduled your by pass surgery already or are you gonna wait for the4 actual heart attack?
All that food sound delicious but man that is a ton of fat for one day.

Who cares?
I did try to make it healthier, by using:
Velveta with 2% milk in the brocoli rice
1/3 less fat cream cheese in the jalepenos
used lean ground sirloin to make the burgers
the brisket was fatty, no doubt, does it help that most of the fat cooked off and I trimmed the fat off of the pieces I ate?

If you drank a beer at anytime that day that will reduce the fat intake by half....after a six pack you are actually burning fat at a breath taking pace
