So, you threw some seasoned filets on foil with some butter and lemon and let it roll? I am always looking for ways to cook fish.

Pretty much. Got a bunch of fish at Joe Patties in Pensacola today. Threw a few on the grill after applying lemon, butter and Paul P's blackened redfish magic. Grill and baste for about 8-10 minutes. Not much too it but it's good.

boss, I've always admired Pauls class, his professionalism, his hidden manliness and his culinary prowess with his volumes of legendary cooking pics. . Some very good characteristics in a modern man of stature.

Chicken salad sandwich.

The wife and I are on a top secret mission that we will discuss in a week or two. It is currently messing up our meals and eventually will require a several day or two week absence from FDB. But it hopefully will be worth it for us.
