[/img] I ended up making shrimp pesto pasta. Diced an onion, bell pepper, a drained can of artichokes and mushrooms and added to a pan with olive oil. Added salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire to the pan and let it cook. Mixed a small jar of fresh pesto with a large tub of whipped cream cheese for the dressing. Cooked the shrimp separately. Combine ingredients and chill. The noodles are shiritaki noodles (Miracle Noodles), and the whipped cream cheese made a perfect light, yet creamy dressing.

Pressure cooked then broiled a brisket. Rice and gravy. Chopped butternut squash in cast iron skillet in olive oil.
