since i'm not the one on my xbox currently; who won the conference? I'm guessing LSU in a close one. How the game played out?

I just updated the front page with all the award winners and stats.

Yeah. It was a great game. I moved the ball well a couple times and was able to get into the end zone. He was moving the ball well pretty much the entire game, but when he would get down closer to my end zone, he would bog down. He had 3 (maybe 4) drives end in field goals. Deflected ball by Peterson (I think) was picked by Sheppard to seal the game since he had used his time outs already to save time on my last drive.
That's all I can really remember.

i wish EA would allow you to sit in and view other games like this, or even give you highlites of weekly games that you can watch. It seems like a cool feature to have especially with the online dynasties.

If I'm not mistaken, you can. I think the guy who has Alabama sat in and watched. But yeah, I wish there was some type of highlight reel to watch. That would be cool.

i wonder how he did that. The only thing i'm familiar with is that you can keep looking at the gamertag and see scores updated.
I know on madden you can wath games (i never have) either while being played or as a stat tracker. I'm not sure about NCAA though.

That's what I was doing. I wish I knew how to sit in and watch. Next season we will have to give it a try while someone is playing.

Advanced to the post season tasks. I will add the schedule tonight.

Ask geauxtigers2. I probably misunderstood. It was on XBL and it's hard to type a lot on there.

Schedule added. I would like to keep to it as much as possible. Simming one of these tasks will not be that big of a deal, but if you have a major issue, let me know.

It's cool. Just a refresher... I shouldn't waste my time trying to sway transfers, right? What about the guys leaving for the draft?
Posted on 2/16/09 at 8:19 pm to JollyGreenGiant
i persuaded Moreno to stay since he was my only junior declaring so i hope it works but if not oh well. Caleb king will take his spot or i'll throw a freshman

I was in a game so i didn't have time to type out watching your profile the whole time. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I did hear that they were working on being able to sit in and watch on NCAA football 2010.

It's cool. I thought they had built that into this one. I've never tried.

Yeah, I think it still doesn't convince players to stay. If you want, I can try the trick of convincing players to stay offline, then converting it back to online. I may do that. I convinced Chris Rainey & Carlos Dunlap to come back. What say you all?

I have two freshmen tranferring. I'm assuming they were high recruits, but whatever. They can go. I'd rather keep Sheppard and Coleman (who tried to go to the draft) if possible. I didn't even try to keep Jasper. He can suck it.
But honestly, I don't care either way. I wouldn't mind getting the new recruits some PT.

yeah i don't really mind either way. It would be sweet to have Moreno another year but if you don' want to go through the trouble then i'm not at all offended..
i knew you could watch through the profile but its sweet they're going to add it into '10. Its a feature that'll make online dynasties that much better.

That's the thing. I really do want to go through all the trouble for my own players. Dunlap had 25 sacks this year and is a DE with 94 speed. Rainey is just rediculous.

Ok, I saved it offline and then talked to the players of each team into staying. To be fair I used 20 minute talks with each player intending to go into the draft until they made up their mind. You all need to go to check your dynasty invites as I had to create an entire new dyanasty with the new settings. I went ahead and advanced to transfer requests as well.
Here are your players decisions:
Florida
Chris Rainey HB 89 - Staying
Carlos Dunlap DE 93 - Staying
Maurkice Pouncey RG 94 - Leaving
Auburn
No players requested to go pro
Arkansas
No players requested to go pro
Alabama
Chavis Williams CB 84 - Staying
Georgia
Knowshon Moreno HB 99 - Staying
Kentucky
Derrick Locke HB 89 - Leaving
LSU
Harry Coleman SS 97 - Staying
Kelvin Sheppard ROLB 97 - Leaving
South Carolina
Chris Culliver WR 88 - Staying
Chris Smelley QB 91 - Staying
Tennessee
Nick Reviez MLB 86 - Staying
Dennis Rogan FS 87 - Staying
Daniel Lincoln K 89 - Staying
Gerald Jones WR 88 - Leaving
Brent Vinson CB 92 - Leaving
Eric Berry SS 99 - Leaving
In other words, the SEC is going to be brutal next season. I checked transfer requests and no one had any, so I advannced through to Week 1 of recruiting.
