I will be out of town the 13th-17th. I will be back mid-day on the 18th and don't want to have to miss any games. Please try and wait as long as possible for me. The Tide is going to take the ship.

Ok, we'll do what we can. I said during last season we would allow one vacation per player per season. I see no reason not to honor that here.

Advanced to week 4.
The week started with a bang with a wild game of Florida @ Tennessee. Florida jumped out to a 17-7 lead just into the second quarter, but stupid play gave the lead to Tennessee 21-17 going into the half. Florida drove the field and kicked a FG to keep it within one score until their D could figure out a way to stop Tennessee. Florida kicked a FG to take the lead 29-28 with 2 minutes left. Tennessee drove to the Fla 40 and opted to go for it on 4th & 7 rather than try the 57 yard FG. Fla came up with a stop & knelt out the clock.
Final score #3 Florida 29 - #5 Tennessee 28
I can't wait to see how #2 LSU vs #4 UGA turns out.

all the reason why EA needs to allow you to sit in on games.
Any scouting report on LSU? never played against him.

Not going to do that, but good luck. You see he's only lost once.

i see that....Should be a good game hopefully the dogs decide to come out of their cages for this game. Tough road ahead on my schedule.

Great game 950. This has turned out to be one hell of a rivalry with both games coming down to the last play, and both games decided by a single point. If I could remember that it is impossible to lob a pass over a MLB because they can jump 30 feet in the air I could have avoided 2 costly interceptions. Credit that to a relentless pass rush. Dunlap is a BEAST.
Even so I came up about 5 yds short of my kickers max FG range. It was agonizing to call a play on 4th and 7 but my hand was forced. I could not believe my WR dropped that pass. Your CB had good coverage, but left enough room for the ball to get there. The only dropped pass of the entire year had to be that one...
Good luck the rest of the way, but don't slip up because I'm down but still not out!
Oh and Cene - you can't make any mistakes against JGG. Possessions are crucial. You won't get many so you have to put points up when you do. Just play smart and don't take unnecessary risks.

no way in hell Lee can squeeze into such small openings.
Also, i've never seen a defense be everywhere they should be. It seemed there was always someone in the hole always someone where they should be yet when i played defense gaps galore.
oh well good game..better team won no doubt. Couldn't do anything on defense. Although that fumble definitely helped and came from no where.
You do a really good job with clock management. I take it that you got that from playing madden online. I do that in madden all the time not so much ncaa because its different to me.
but GG i still have the east i can win and see you in atlanta.
Got that Florida/Tennessee.

That exact thought went through my head when he did that a couple times. Maybe he's matured.

I think I just kinda lucky in stopping Moreno early so, you got into passing more. BTW Ryan Brian?

Agreed. Honestly, I hate when that happens on either side of the ball, but I'm not going to give the ball back or anything. Your defense wasn't horrible. I punted twice. I think that's a record.

Naw, Ive actually only played Madden a couple times. I've just played enough to run the clock down without taking FOREVER in between plays. I've got a pretty good plan on offense, so, if I can only give you 4-5 possessions, I have a good chance of winning.
Definitely a great game. Closer than the score indicated, and I only won by 10.

I am warned :shakinginmyboots:
Now that I've lost I need your help to get back into the race. Although the head to head tiebreaker crap means UF has to lose twice for me to jump them in the East. Not to mention I have to win out. I should have tried the 58 yarder!

I had a tough match up against florida last season, i'm expecting another good one. I think this time its home. Like i said i have a tough stretch ahead LSU, Florida, then you. I'm lucky if i win 1.

Jacksonville. Always a nuetral site. Sorry
Advanced to week 5 and there is a new #1 **cough cough** (Coach's poll only)
We will not advance again until GEAUXLSUTIGERZ gets back. He let me know beforehand. I see no reason why we shouldn't wait.

Ahem
We are only focused on our next contest against a much improved Mississippi State squad who is going to surprise some people this season. They are very athletic and we will not be caught looking ahead to our trip to the Swamp.
Have a great day.

No looking forward here. Kentucky (84-3) then Ole Miss. Then we will worry about the hat.
