Not much, 1 hold 10k, 2 holds 20k
So you have to upgrade from 1 to 2 before you can update the hero

I hate this game. I'm addicted, but most of the time I just look at my screen, waiting on my fat builder.

1,080,000 elixir & 4 days to upgrade research lab
i wish you could upgrade your builders.
level 1 - fat slob who takes 8 days to add a flag to level 7 townhall to make it a level 8 townhall
level 2 - contracter with back problems, fresh off workers comp, faster but still slow
level 3 - athletic contracter with supervisor over seeing his work
level 4 - one mexican who only speaks spanish
level 5 - van full of bilingual mexicans. instant project completetion.
