Quick update. Played this weekend and finally knocked out smough and ornstein! Went on and cleared out the tree in blighttown. LOL'd at pinwheel. I then think I got lucky and killed Gravelord Nito on the first try.
Last night I turned it off after I got to a spot where you have to walk on invisible pathways in the snow. Fell off once and just kinda said "Let me just take a break and try this later in the week"
Game has been great! Still loving bloodborne more since the speed is just so intense but still a really fun game.

Great Axe +10. It has 190 damage. I have a pretty solid shield as well.

I'm in New Londo Ruins. Ghosts can be a pain, but I hate that there's no bonfire in the area, at least I haven't found it yet.

I finally got to 20 flasks and +3 for the flasks. That has been a nice addition. Can't think of what level I am though but I have been heavily putting it in Vit, STR, and endurance.

I need to check my two rings and see what I have. I do know one refills my stamina meter up quickly.

I got my magic longsword up to +5 with green titanite so it's scaling with my int with my spells so it's a pretty good deal, when I need to I can thrust with the magic sword and do pretty good dmg even as a mage. My question is how do I get my magic longsword past +5? What are the materials I seemed to have maxed out at +5 with green titanite
Should I invest in the soul spear spell? It's 40k soulw, seeme steep since idk what it does.

yeah. may need to visit the firelink shrink first. walk down the small staircase behind the tree near the bonfire and take a look

I think enchanted +5 is the highest that path goes. would have to wiki that
soul spear is the 2nd best damage spell in the game behind Dark Bead I think. need to visit the DLC to get dark bead though, which depending on how blind you want your play through to be, could be tough to find.
in true dark souls style... the DLC area is extremely hidden
eta: i may be confused with homing soul mass. anyways you will want every sorcery anyways for the achievement.
