Kids Fortnite Question - Switch between kids accounts

So my kids did well at school and I bought them some V-bucks for their switches. I was able to apply the money but I guess when I had to reset their accounts or whatever to set up the funds, it somehow removed all their friends. I was able to log into my one sons account and get it fixed.
When I try to go into my other son’s account to make the change, it keeps kicking me back to my first son’s page and won’t let me make changes. The email account is the parent account and it shows up under both accounts but won’t let me fix my second sons account.
I’ve been looking to fix this for 2 days now and am just stupid and can’t figure jt out. Epic games hasn’t responded either so it is BS.

I believe you need email accounts for each Epic account. Older son had a switch already and we got my younger a Switch for Christmas. Had to figure that shite out too.
You can start playing fortnite without an email I believe and it auto creates a username. Once you want to start doing more things with the account - change names, add it to other consoles, add vbucks, you have to create the epic account.
Log into the epic account with the email you have and go to "Apps and accounts". You can see which of your kids Nintendo account the email is tied to. Use another email, create an epic account, and map it to your other sons Nintendo account. I had to create a spreadsheet with all of their damn logins because i know they wont remember them.

One of the most annoying things I deal with on a daily basis—managing all the different accounts on my kids’ and their cousins’ systems to set them up to play together. Crossplay capabilities truly are nowhere near where they need to be yet.
Don’t even get me started on Minecraft—I spend 30 minutes just getting all the kids onto the same server and at the same coordinates.
