I I beat out one of them for the #1 TE 2 years ago, but other than that I always lose. Half of them come off my board week 1 cause they insta-commit.... I will never understand the insta-commit process. I get insta-commits probably 5-10% of the time.

I just finished.

I just do not understand how recruiting works. I have had more success with my LBs and DEs than just about anybody in the country since I took over at Cal. I am the defending national champion. Yet no LBs or DEs have me in there top 3 until player 782... Maybe their are none in my area? Nope, the #2 DE lives in Concord, CA, a whopping 30 minutes from the campus of Cal. The #2MLB lives in Oakland, CA 15 minutes from campus....

I know how you feel...

But hey look on the bright side, at least you have a good state to recruit in... There are 2 recruits out of Nebraska... Seriously... 2...

I should have some decent Illinois recruits on lockdown.

We are ready to begin the season. There are some interesting matchups for a couple of you guys. Oregon is set to play LaTech and USC to play Michigan again.

Scheduling was a little easier, but not as open as I would like. The conference games hog up too much in the beginning or the backside of some team`s schedules, to allow for some better timing of some user games. For instance I play GP and Peaster back to back. I would love to spread that arse whooping out a little further, so it doesn't sting so much.

All in all, the league did pretty good at getting the offseason tasks accomplished quickly. A to everyone.

I`m going to wait until I get home tonight a little after 5 central to begin the season. I don`t want any funny shite going on, like after bowl season with the rankings all jacked up.

Is it weird to have your punt and kick returner be your starting QB?

This is gonna be interesting

Roman, it all looks like it could work on "paper" so to speak, but he will be lacking the energy you will need if he is doing double duty.

I can`t say I`ve run kickoffs or punts very much with my QB, I have done it a few times, but I have used an ATH to do kickoffs, a few snaps at WR, and DB and he just wasn`t the same player trying to do two or three jobs.

If you truly are starting a guy who has low throwing power and not so great accuracy, you are in a world of pain. I would not play that guy at other positions if he is your best guy at QB. It will risk his health and you don`t want to lose him, if he has the best arm.

QB`s with low throwing power will throw TONS of int`s.

Damn. I don't think anyone will ever accuse you of unfairly making the schedules in your favor

Just to let you know, before you break your PS3, if you are ever on the road, playing a CPU team with momentum, with your QB with 80 accuracy, who is tried from returning a kick, he will throw an interception like 9 times out of 10.

Roman, its going to be a long year for you my friend.

You better get that running game up to par fast.
the 90 spd and Acc sound outstanding, but once you scramble one play, he`s tired.

You need to look at his carry rating and his injury rating.

In my history, I have had players including Qbs with 99 OVR injury, but get hurt just as easy as everyone else.

I think I have this. The offense worked well with a statue at QB and no OL for BYU. Having the option to run the QB just makes it more dangerous.

Awesome, shouldn't be any problem for you then.
