Anyone ever got them to refund a digital purchase? Kid 1 did good at school an wanted a tank in a game. Bought the "gold" but it never showed up in his account on the game. Its not the money, but it's the aggravation and disappointment of kid 1.

Any help is appreciated.

Doubt they give a refund but they will probably make sure you get what you paid for.
