I was playin Arkansas the other day in overtime, i handed it off to scott and he got a five yard gain and fumbles it but both of his knees were down. it costed me the game

Review isn't the only issue with this game.
This was ruled down at the 1. No challenge, so I challenged it myself, and it was upheld.
Did not make a difference, but as ULL vs Texas Tech, I'd rather not have to run more plays
I have had a LOT of times where they blow it dead on first contact when I gain another 2-3 yards before actually being down. I hope they fix these issues by next year.
Moreso I hope they make a damn college baseball game, but that's another story.

there is a college baseball game. its called MVP and not NCAA though.

I have won one or two reviews in NCAA 09. It's not impossible to get one overturned. However, I think its bullshite you can't do instant replay to see if you want to challenge.
