I saw that people were putting the defense on miles as well. Does he have any kind of veto power there as well? It's just hard for me to think that Chief would all of the sudden go full tard after absolutely shutting down their offense the entire second half.

I sort of understand not wanting to give up big plays, but they hadn't done it all game, and besides a few bad angles from Reid, we rarely do.

I seriously doubt Miles would take over the defense with 1:30 left in the game, after Chavis has been shutting them down the entire 2nd half... They played off, trying to keep everything in front of them and it burned them.
Also, Bama made the perfect playcall on that TD. When the offense runs a screen, and you blitz, bad things happen more times than not.

I just don't get how Miles really hasn't learned how to coach in big games. These aren't decisions made by a veteran coach. He either plays too conservatively or goes off the reservation.

And whats the deal with drew, did he forget how to kick. i watched him in warm ups and he wasn't making anything past 40 yards IN WARM UPS!!!!!
