Donny, there is a download that has to be done and installed before you can play multiplayer. Go to notifications and downloads on your ps4 menu and it should be there. Make sure it installed.

I'm barely holding my own running solo in BF4. I just need one or two people to communicate with. Sometimes randoms know what they're doing, but more times than not retards only take helicopters to their sniper spots and bail.

It's never other team's snipers. It's the many snipers that I always without fail end up having in my team in Conquest (and our team loses 500-0).

This, sucks playing without other people. I'm usually in the top 5 of my team scores. But more often than not my team gets smoked because like you said they like to set up sniping or camp out on one objective
I usually just end up running around capturing as many objectives as I can while getting killed a bunch. Although my K/D is over 1.
ETA: Nothing is more satisfying than C4'ing vehicles.
