I will try to get on tonight, but that MNF game is huge.
I haven't set up the little mic...I guess I'll have to figure that out. The best way to get in a match with your friends is through Battlelog. In Battlelog, open up the little chat feature (it's kind of set up just like facebook) and it shows who's online and what server their in. You just click on the Play arrow next to their name. It always works unless the server is full.
ETA: I think the server browser in the game also has a friends tab.

Yeah, it's almost always worked for me to just join on somebody already in a match.
I hope they can patch in squads before matches.

Let me help.
1. Open plastic mic package.
2. Unwrap twist tie
3. Plug in to controller
I think that covers everything.

Mine isnt working. I have the standard PS3 wireless headset like AJF. They said the 1.5 update would allow us to use it, but I think they lied. Most likely coming down the road.

No. Not in 1.5. The earbud is not great, but its something, for now.
As for the controls, for Ghosts, they changed to L2/R2 for shooting and L1/R1 for grenade and such, so its not a big jump from there to BF. Just probably the specific items, but I didn't have an issue adjusting to that. The BF I played Sat. night, my biggest issue was going from Hardcore style COD to regular BF and not shooting straight (which is my issue on any FPS).
I only played TDM on BF, so I'll be interested to play the other game types with some of you.
The campaign, the little bit I played, looked awesome...almost movie like. I can't seem to shoot that damn heli at the beginning.
