Correct. I contacted support who says it's nothing to worry about. I kind of don't believe them.

There are multiple Twitter/ reddit/ blogs that say this is no issue. They all had an initial authorization, it dropped, and charged officially when it shipped.
Some think it was part of their Bot detection.

Customer service told me it was just an authorization hold. usually that just goes from pending to charged. Don't know if I've ever notice one charge, delete, then charge again.

I was concerned too and lack faith in Walmart customer service do I called Amex and they were familiar with the Walmart PS5 process.
They have my charge pending but I told them to subtract it from my available balance because I pay it off every month.
In the end, nothing is certain until it is in my living room !

So, FedEx did not deliver yesterday. Got worried. Then I get a text today saying a delivery tomorrow will require a signature. So, looks like tomorrow. And I just happen to be off.
