I just want an update from Walmart. I made a fedex account because someone on Reddit said their ps5 showed up and it still showed as preparing order on Walmart’s site.

On Reddit they said once you make the account with your name and address, it will automatically show up when fedex has shipped it, even before you have a tracking number.
Once again, that’s what I’m seeing on Reddit. Can’t confirm.

I already had an account. Basically, it automatically populates anything sent to your address.
Click the tracking dropdown at the top, click "Manage your delivery," Then it brings you to an enrollment page that should say Manage your deliveries in a big orange button near the top. You may have to enroll in the program, I dont remember as it's been awhile.
Mine shows label created, not shipped yet, still has an estimate of Wednesday end of day.

It was an online drop at 5am CST. had to order online for pickup in store only. Mine was "ready for pickup" less than an hour later, an hour before the store opened.
