I wasn't bitching, but just noting that if you only go by the * rating, things can get skewed. Ole Miss was highly ranked, had great players, but was only a 3*.
I chose a team that was on the verge of horrid (Air Force) because wanted to build from the bottom up. Nelly chose Wyoming and Kracka Army (which is and always will be a lost cause), and another guy took Baylor. Good choices.
Washington, Kentucky and Kansas State were teams that I thought were on the borderline, but only because I thought I would see more Syracuse, Idaho, SMU, Stanford, Vandy, Colorado, etc being selected. It's all good though.
Louisville is fine by me, ez.

So you mean more like a 1* dynasty masquerading under the banner of 3*? Is it a 3* or pick the shittiest team you can find*?

It's Nelly's dynasty, and as a natural segue from last year, the 3* name carried over, but in principle, I think it was supposed to be more like Art's short lived 1* dynasty.
Basically teams that have not normally been contenders, but given the right leadership, could develop into powerhouses over a few seasons.
Washington has Locker and Polk, Kentucky Hartline and a few others, whereas, AF, Army, Wyoming, and Baylor have no one at all.
Look at Kentucky's stats and the fact that they have two players in the running for the Heisman and tell me it's not way easier to contend with them rather than say, a Colorado. Kentucky is mediocre. Colorado is hopeless. Hopelessness is fun though.
