hey can you give a heads up or some exact times before you advance? I just lost the end of my recruiting b/c I did not know we were advancing. I'm new to the league and that is surely no advantage. If there is another link, I do not know how to pull it up.

Usually we look to advance every few days, but it goes quicker during the offseason. Usually it's once a day or so. Frequently checking into the actual dynasty online is always a good idea. It's typically not very practical to track everyone down, and wait for them to finish their week. It's largely each users responsibility to make sure it gets done.
That said Nelly does a good job of sending XBL messages, texts or TD.com updates to communicate advance schedules. If anything advances are delayed due to commish waiting on others to finish.
