Not in multiplayer moment I would say
Tiger Woods can't remember what year but go to the driving range and if you hit the cart that is sweeping the range 3 times it explodes. I thought that was awesome when I figured it out.

Fighting with the skeleton knights in OoT (Finally get to do the backwards flip for a real reason).
Winning the "Race to 100" on the Boro 32 man V2 objective server.

Old school bards had it rough.

Mass Effect was full of awesome moments.
ME1:
meet the reaper
punch the reporter
first made a spectre
come out of the rubble after defeating sovereign
continually cutting the council off when giving debriefs
if you hold out on recruiting liara until the very end, her dialogue while trapped in the energy field is hilarious.
ME2:
return of the normandy (mostly made awesome by fantastic original score)
renegade dialogue options on omega when trying to get into the slums to recruit mordin
speaking to the reaper at the end of the arrival dlc
the omega 4 relay cut scene
banging tali would have been awesome if they had shown her face
