Gotcha. So you have the Smoke iM10 shaft then? My only experience with them is in the Epic Speed fairways. They weren't terrible, but ultimately I like to tinker with settings and can't do that on those fixed hosels. Which Ping model & shaft were you using?
If you compare the shaft profiles/specs, you'll likely find a difference in what was working well for you prior. Flex can vary across brands based on the profile of the shaft, such as certain X-flex shafts may play more like a Stiff flex and vice versa.
