So can I get the gang's thoughts on how far from the hole my kid should be teeing it up? She is 5 and new to golf. I'm thinking 25 yards on par 3s, 50 yards on 4s and 75 yards on 5s?
Obviously, I'll edit those distances to add some driveable, short par 4s and a two shot par 5 while maintaining architectial integrity, width and angles, and risk/reward.

I think us kids events for that age group are about twice those numbers, if not a little more.
I tee my son up between 40-60 hards for par 3s. Par 4s are 125-150. Par 5s about 200. He’s 6. His best drive on dry day are around 90-100 yds.

You sir are spot on... it’s amazing seeing my 9 year old just waltz thru distances I thought were so long when my 11 year old first got played those yardages in USKids -
