Honours golf sold the two to Scratch Golf. Anybody know anything about Scratch?

Peninsula has gotten pretty expensive and I don't recall many purchases where the new owner thought a price drop was a good idea.

With how much Gulf Shores Golf Club is charging, Kiva Dunes may be the best value on Hwy 180 here pretty soon

Kiva is true ocean golf. Other than Lost Key it doesn’t have much competition for the kind of golf it offers. I don’t put it in the same category as the bland neighborhood tracks. You can find comparable layouts to craft and peninsula anywhere in the us.
