I hit a drive yesterday on a 370 yard Par 4 into the wind.
Sun was blinding and the guy watching had no idea where it went and I didn’t see shite. The other two guys were fricking off. I hit it solid so I figured we would just drive up and look.
300 yards in the middle of the fairway it sat, and, of course, I completely shanked my wedge and it ended up with a bogey.

Great day for LSU golf. Not only did Sam win the WGC Tour event, David Toms won the Tour Championship event in CA.

Apparently, he works for NBC and...I guess...thought he wasn't in the way. maybe he was turning to see where the ball was going to land?

I worked a couple of tournaments a year for CBS Golf as a spotter. One of the first things I was taught early on was to always keep your eyes on the ball. It worked for me. I never got hit.
