Update after a couple weeks.
Haven’t got around to ordering any of the “speed stick” offerings but have been doing the Bryson method of just swinging out of my shoes for about 45 mins every couple nights.
Club head speed is up to an average of 117mph and I can reach back and get 4 or 5 more without much felt effort.
Now just to start finding the middle of the club head.

Squats. deadlifts, bench press, military press
2/3 times/wk. Heavy weight
Med Ball Slams, Med Ball throws
2-3 sets of ten, lighter weight, but maximum intent. Throw/Slam with as much speed as you can possibly generate
As others mention, train driver at max speed regularly w/o worrying about where it’s going
