My buddy bought the whole set of cobra one length irons after he saw Bryson with them. He’s a brilliant engineer who thought it made more sense to have them all one length. I laughed at him when he bought them but we were playing a few weeks ago and I used his 4 iron (same length as my 7) and holy moley I hit the crap out of it. I’ve used his 4 every time I have played with him since then and need that distance. Ive always struggled with my 4 and 5 and this just felt so comfortable. I hate how his 8,9, andPW feel so I decided to buy just the 4 iron last night. FYI ~17 handicap.

If I wouldn't have just invested in new irons I would really be looking at the Forged Tec Ones. Such a clean looking iron and the one length is really intriguing for me. My long irons are plenty long enough but my control is poor and mishits are awful. Might lose some distance and have lower launch with the Ones but could make up for that in control.

I've really been considering the speedzone one hybrid to add to my bag to combat some of my long iron issues.

If you gave someone of average intelligence or better, who knew nothing about golf, the option of one-lengthnor traditional, they'd all pick one-length.

Even if you aren't trying to do Bryson's swing style, the one length makes a lot of sense. I'm somewhat interested because one of my swing flaws is not standing the same distance from the ball on every swing. Eliminating the variation would be nice.
