Phillip’s scorecard at the SEC is just awful - could cost LSU a spot at a regional bid.

His quote on Patrick Cantlay is a pitiful. So what you beat him 8 years ago? You think you deserve a Masters invitation now?
This guy has always come off as an entitled tool. I hope he has fun bouncing around the Web.com if he's lucky.

Wut???? They are ranked in the top 10 in the country.

Yes, they will probably be in a regional - but the golf community is pushing hard against the P conferences getting the at large bids - the smaller D1 conferences have brought up some excellent points regarding collegiate golf scheduling and ranking.
Example - UL-M is a much better team than LSU right now - UL-M will be sitting at home though.

Goes out and posts a +7 in the opening round of the WebDotCom Tour's Nashville Open...
Which everyone knows has a tougher field, tougher conditions, and more pressure than the Masters.

He beat that one guy that one time... so he can compete!
ETA:I see John is here down voting. Maybe he should spend a little time on the putting greens so he doesn't get lapped!

So does Patrick Cantlay's win yesterday mean that Johnny boy gets a two year exemption and an invite to the Masters?

But then the Masters came along and I’m watching this kid Patrick Cantlay, who in 2011 finished second to me in the National Championship when he was at UCLA, and he finished 9th in the Masters, and I beat him, and I beat him a lot. And I’m just like, man, that could be me.
