I have a buddy that plays it every year. He is originally from SC and somehow made it on the volunteer list. Meanwhile I have been in the lottery every year that I can remember and can’t even sniff a practice round ticket. O’fer

Not from ANGC.

You can, however, find some secondary market sites that are generally at least 2X retail.
