I’m headed to Nashville in a couple weeks and was interested in playing there. I know we’ve got some on here living up there.
Played there about 20 years ago with Dad. He caddied there in early 1940’s, and passed five years ago. I need to go back and wondered how much change to expect.

Thanks, I’ll be checking for input.

I play there often because it’s right by my house. It’s usually pretty crowded but you can get on. Are you looking to play on the weekend or during the week?

Winter hung around longer than it should have here, grass seems to finally be growing in at McCabe. It’s not a terrible course for $34. Not sure what it used to be, but the greens were switching to Bermuda in 2020.

They have 27 now. I would suggest playing the north and south nine, if possible. Don’t leave your clubs unattended, super was telling me about the recent thefts.

Much appreciated folks. I'm looking to play during slow hours anyway.
Dad was caddying there December 7, 1941.

Living in Nashville for a while is when I learned to play golf. I always found McCabe incredibly boring and flat. There are icy cooler courses in Nashville.
Ted Rhodes is a great course.
Harperth hills is also incredible.
