Shipnuck is one of the worst. Always misquoting and misrepresenting players. I’d believe about half of that book maybe less

So how much of your posts should we believe? Do you have sources that can confirm half of his writing is not accurate?

Well being he can barely get media passes and is tied to Shane Ryan who lied about most in the Slaying the Tiger book, I’d say lots.

Casinos do not give those kinds of markers unless they are sure it will be easily paid, they do an extensive credit/income check before extending credit. I'm sure his sponsors and appearance fees were covering all expenses plus some and any tour winnings were extra. Don't forget he made millions off of each TV Thanksgiving match.

Players don't receive appearance fees for playing in PGA Tour tournaments.
