Suggestion for PGA Tour event

I would like to see a PGA Tour event that incorporates some of the team aspect of the Ryder Cup along with the possibility of seeing some interesting personality pairings. My suggestion is this:
32 players / 16 teams
Blind drawing for teams and pairings the night before each round. The only caveat is that once you draw a partner you cannot draw him again.
Instead of match play, you play the entire 18 and whatever your team score is you carry it over day to day.
You could rotate best ball and alternate shot by rounds, or play 9 holes of each per round.
In the end, the winner has the individual lowest cumulative score (a player’s Round 1 team score + Round 2 team score + Round 3 team score + Round 4 team score). Ties for lowest cumulative score would result in a sudden death playoff.
To keep players motivated, there could be a Low Team payout each Round with sudden death playoffs for ties.
The possibilities of potential teams by blind draw would be entertaining: Poulter/Reed, Speith/McIlroy; Matsuyama/Thomas . . . Pairings you will never see in Ryder Cup or President’s Cup play.
The Zurich carries FedEx points so this event could earn them as well. Put this on a worthy course and it would be fun to watch. The bookies would love it for all the match-up possibilities.
