Noticed today on Siegen near the Perkins intersection. Always nice seeing more golf options popping up around town. Anyone been?

According to the website it's not open yet. I've been hearing about it for a while though. Looks pretty nice but the other locations are in California. If they build it to the same standards here with the same membership prices that I'm seeing on the website I think it would be popular.
There is already an option for an indoor golf simulator setup off of bluebonnet at Schneider's Golf Mechanics. They do lessons, fix your clubs, play indoor golf etc.

Simulators are getting so cheap i dont know how a membership based sim place can survive
A decent home setup is down to 4-5k
In a couple years i bet they are closer to 1k

For a lot of folks it may not be the $4-5k but the fact can't dedicate a garage or 8ft ceilings.

Also, I would imagine these setups are going to be much better than your average home setup. I don't have room for a nice spacious golf sim and I absolutely hate hitting in a cramped setup.
