Fleetwood putt was never online. I told my wife it was outside left. He either read it wrong or pushed it.

And this could propel Keegan to qualifying for the RC on points. What a crazy finish.

That was nuts

The moment he switched after committing to it I knew he was fricked, so did the broadcast

They said he had a 9 at first. Did he switch to a wedge? Seemed to be choked way down. Also, wasn’t going at the flag, which is a pretty nutless move in that situation

I would’ve paid good money to hear Johnny Miller on the call for that last hole

Miller would have gone absolutely fricking ballistic

They would have had to cut him off air

I would expect a 10 handicap and below to make par from where he was

Feel really bad for Fleetwood, but credit to Keegan for clutch play. Watched the whole thing and had that sinking feeling Fleetwood was gonna choke in regulation or in a playoff. Hope he eventually gets a win.

Felt bad for Fleetwood. I watched maybe an hour combined for the four days of this tournament but every time I turned it on they showed the graphic or talked about the number of top 10's Fleetwood has without a win.

I kind of got why he switched clubs because the adrenaline is normally going to make you nuke the ball but the pressure got to him on that first putt. He barely even read the green it seemed. Rushed that putt then rushed his second putt as well.

Wouldn't have minded if he would have got that monkey off his back.

Edit: Weird thread to get an anchor
