I’d say at least give him a +3. I’m a +12 and he’ll beat me by 10 strokes.

A +1 would mean he's giving a stroke to everyone.
If he's a 12, then he'd be a -12, as he'd be getting those strokes.

I've consulted with some folks, and it has been decided that those with no official handicap will be given a 10 handicap. Hey, it's better than 0.

It is a lot more for hotels this year. I think there is some old car show thing in Georgetown this weekend
