Everytime I go heavy on biceps and triceps I get cramps in my forearms, biceps, and triceps.
I hit chest, shoulders, and triceps earlier and I've basically been having charlie horse like cramps in both triceps tonight. They'll last the rest of the night, but will be gone tomorrow.
Tomorrow will be back and biceps so I'll have cramps in the forearms and biceps tomorrow evening.
Any of you guys ever expereince this?

I experience it in my legs. Always have.
Train heavy -- Cramps.
Charlie Horse in every football game I played in HS. Went both ways for good portions of the game, but in the 4th quarter without fail I was cramping.
Can only run so far before my muscles lock up. I'm a very dense guy. Massive calves, pretty big thighs.
I once rode a century, felt great until mile 80. I felt like I had a lot left in the tank, but every mile and a half my legs would physically lock up. Had to get off the bike and stretch every 1-2 miles for the last 20 miles.
No amount of electrolytes or "fueling" have solved the problem.I've come to accept that I have a limit when it comes to longevity in activities. It sucks, but with everything I've tried I'd imagine the next step is a real professional who works with athletes, which is something in which I don't have the money nor the need for.

Had cramps for years after any tense activity. I’ve been taking Calcium and Magnesium supplements for 30+ years. Made all the difference in world for me. Some of us just need more of some things.
