Baxter's Nerve Entrapment.

Has anyone ever dealt with Baxter's Nerve Entrapment? Did physical therapy help or did you eventually need surgery to decompress the nerve?
I've been dealing with this for about 7 months now. I've had a cortisone injection followed by a PRP injection and have been doing physical therapy for about 5 weeks now and I'm not feeling much improvement. It is really painful and keeping me from really being to exercise. Just wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with it.
