Callouses

I get horrible callouses on my feet. Mainly on my big toe for each foot.
Anyone have any cures to keep these from coming back or something? They’re already hard enough to get rid of and it feels like it’s back to no time before they’re back.

Why do you want to get rid of them?

Because they make my toes inflexible. It also can be painful to walk on and can dig in at places which is rather unpleasant.
Imagine walking with a marble attached to the side of your big toe. Not quite that bad but similar

Got it. I've used a foot peel mask before. You put on these little plastic "socks" and wear them for 60-90 minutes. Over the next week or two your feet peel and it's softer after. I'd try those.

You most likely have bunions, or hallux valgus. Do your big toes angle outwards?
Can try wider toe box shoes, toe spacers, or gel pads. They also make some hallux valgus correcting braces you could try.

Urea cream is the best thing for softening the calluses. $10 on Amazon

Go to one of those Vietnamese places and get a pedicure. If those women can't shave down that callous, it can't be done.

You better believe I get pedicures. Thing is there’s not enough time for them to get all of it. They’ll maybe get a third done and then be like “we have to move on” and I also need those massages

Invest in a PedEgg, or some other "cheese grater" for your callouses.
I use something like this;

Holy long link Batman.
But I was doing a ton of strong man stuff and I had crazy thick callouses on my hands. One heavy farmers carry ripped the callous off my right hand. It was gnarly. One of the older power lifters told me to get a PedEgg.
I use it all the time now. The best part about it, is that it can leave that last little layer of callous in order to protect that area.
Hope that helps.

Where exactly is the callus? It should have no affect on your toe “flexibility” nor should a callus hurt.
