Ok…. This is going to sound real stupid so please forgive me. I’m tired and hungry. And I haven’t completed a session on one yet. But what am I missing. I was looking at the trails they offer and the stats they estimate distance is like 1 mile, 30 minutes, burn 150 calories.
Something doesn’t add up here. At a moderate pace, you should get in a fair amount more than a mile. Unless you have extreme incline and decline (which I did get a warning about). But if that’s the case, I’d expect the calorie burn to be way more.
Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed it. It’s nice to look at pretty scenery. I just feel like I don’t get the math.

Are the weights you input wrong? I don't know what sessions you're looking at, but there are totally 1 mile long trails that won't burn off a Coors light, and then there's ... considerably more challenging 1/2 mile hikes that will burn three times that. (Think the tiny hike up the Mount of Olives vs. exploring a wheelchair accessible "trail" in Manassas.)

What was the elevation gain for the mile. 30 min pace is a crawl unless you’re at 25%+ incline. If it’s 25% incline I’d say the 150 is within +\- 10%
If incline was 10% range then the 150 might be on the high side especially at 30 min pace
