I can’t make the gym with my schedule and location so I’ve been lifting at home and work with dumbbells and kettle bells. I usually do a full body circuit once a day or an upper body circuit in the morning and lower body in the evening. Workouts usually take 15-20 minutes each. The weight is light to moderate for me. Can I workout 7 days a week since no muscle is getting concentrated on or do I need a rest day?

Absolutely. You can do that even if you are concentrating on something. As previous poster said, monitor your fatigue and obviously your progress. If you are sore going into a workout or feel terrible, maybe lighten up or skip that day
