I have found that Dr. Mikes general advice is very good for everyone especially the general public. He provides clear guidelines for getting bigger and stronger. Cuts through a lot of common health and fitness myths.
His repeated advice is.. lift 3-4x a week, using compound lifts for sets of 5-25 reps, eat generally healthy foods with sufficient protein, and prioritize sleep. Basic stuff.
I don’t really consume his bodybuilding specific content, because that’s not my focus.

The internet is amazing. Here we have a thread of fitness guys (likely) talking about which fitness guy does fitness better based on said fitness guys talking about each other and arguing who does fitness better.
I like Dr Mike
I like not a doctor-Doucette
No opinion on Lyle as I've (seemingly luckily not crossed his content)
I have no opinion on whether or not anyone is contest level ready or not. I don't care for that minutiae. Out of all the fitness influencers, I probably watch Will Tennyson the most because he's seemingly the most genuine and down to earth, and who admittedly is not trying to give the most scientific breakdown analysis. Live life and try to be healthier along the way. For 99% of people that's the goal.

i dont care about the minuatiae either...and most of the dislike for some of these guys comes from things they have done in the past or how they have treated people...not really so much their advice.
