Men taking Diurex pills

Is it safe for men to take Diurex. It talks about periods and stuff in the directions…..

Yeah assuming you don’t take any other fluid pills in your other medications
Also, I use to show patients this all the time..
Diurex comes in 2 different packages and you’d think they’re the same thing.. they are not
One type is just caffeine pills.
Another type of it contains Pamabrom the actual diuretic and the box that you want to make sure you buy. So make sure you have the caffeine free version
