Anyone taken a good look at the new BF program? Wrapping up baseball in a couple weeks so ready to hit something hard in August.

Looks good. He recommends doing it 3 days a week. That comes out to an eight week program.
Squat - 1x per week
DL - 1x per week
Bench - 3x per week
With a lot of other pressing, rowing, shoulder work.

Ill start it next week, i plan on doing the every other day plan which goes about 7 weeks and should put me right on track to pregame then squatober.
