Solid day. The 80% sets of deadlifts were heavy, but no real struggles with them. Chin-ups and curls were solid. The high rep hammer curls are where the real burn came.

Decided to push week 4 straight thru and take off 7/4 and 7/5.
Squats went ok. The first 4 sets weren't bad at all. The sets of 85% were odd. First two were meh, 3rd was OK, and the last 2 were good. I would've expected the opposite.
Getting some fairly tender callouses so I used straps on the rows and RDLs. Both were extremely solid. I went up 5# on the last set of rows and I went up 40# on the RDLs. Also went up 10# on the curls. I kept the same weight on the rear lats since the reps increased.

Week 4 Day 4
37 Minutes
The Giant SS workout
Chose 65% for bench...was right on the edge the last two sets so that was probably right. It was a good fast workout. Nice pump nice way to end the program.
In terms of most enjoyable:
1 Arm farm
2 PS1
3 Squatober
In terms of Aesthetics
1) PS1
2) Arm Farm
3) Grasshopper
Honorable mention - FOTH
Was going to do PS2 with you guys but too many travel days in July so will just pop in to see how everyone is doing.
Think I am going to start Grasshopper again because i can get the 3 days in and work that around my schedule this month.
Great program and congrats to everyone who completed it. Enjoy the company and accountability.

Wrapped it up this morning. I started everything a little conservative since I wasn't sure how the giant SS would affect me.
For bench I went 55%, 60%, 65%x3. It was solid until the last set. Missed the last rep.
Curls, I stepped up twice and they remained great on all sets. Rows, I went up once. I apparently picked the correct weight out of the gate on hammer curls. I stayed on the same DB the entire time.
No issues with the diamond pushups. Dips... Having those last killed me. They faded almost every set.
Now to jump into PS2 on either 7/5 or 7/6.
