I should be better about taking at least creatine for the cognitive benefits though I likely get plenty from the red meat I eat. Other than that I really have no need for any other supplements as I’m not deficient in anything and try to eat well

No. The exact same can be accomplished with lifestyle changes and you risk ZERO complications or side effects from doing such. I’m not pissed at anything because I didn’t allow myself to become an obese diabetic slob in the first place. What I do isn’t ’hard work’ it’s just living a healthy lifestyle which is normal. It’s abnormal to be an obese slob and on a bunch of prescriptions or on GLP’s. Being reliant on pharmaceuticals isn’t normal nor will it ever be.

What exactly does he have to gain by lying about this? I take supplements mainly a multivitamin, pre workout only because I train at 5AM, creatine, and one whey isolate shake after training but I’ve realized if you are eating real whole foods things like steak, ground beef, fish, chicken, eggs, bacon, etc you don’t really need all the supplements because you are getting plenty of easily absorbed nutrients - vitamins and minerals from those whole foods and the supplements are probably overkill.

It's not hard to believe that he's not taking anything. Most folks I lift with don't take anything more than a multivitamin. I enjoy making fun of him as much as anybody but he's been consistent with what he says as far as I've seen.

supposedly it will be stupid good too at stopping any rebound from the GLP1 class, only really needing 2-4 shots per year to keep weight off and actually still improve
ill wait years to see the safety profile before i recommend anyone jump on though because it is not a peptide, its gene inhibition. i want to see how that plays out for 5-10 years first
