2-sets of 20 kettlebell swings (3 if I'm really tight) and 2 sets of banded shoulder dislocations, plus a set leg swings, front to back and side to side.
Then one set of 10-15 of whatever primary lift I'm doing at approximately 30-40% max working weight, slow and 100% concentration on form.
Always done in less than 10 minutes, been good for me and largely injury free for past 15 years.

Couple of minutes of stretching out the hamstrings and back and then 40 reps with the ab roller. 10 to the front, 10 to each side and finish with 10 more to the front. Then bring on the weights.
