I started my 3rd month of Wegovy today and to be honest other than the first week I didn't even feel anything from it and was hungry. I did .25 mg the first month and lost 14 lbs, .50 mg last month and gained 4 lbs. I jumped up to 1 mg today and I already feel it so hopefully I get back on track. My doctor is slowly moving me up to the max at 2.4 mg but I also cant do any kind of exercises beyond a very slow walk due to several health issues and a botched surgery which detached and paralyzed my diaphragm and made my left lung only work at 23%. It sucks only being 53 and physically feeling 83.

My sister tried it and got really sick. She lasted less than a week and couldn't keep anything down. I told that it was working and maybe would have gotten better as she got adjusted. But she couldn't take it.

Maybe the dose was too high to start...your body has to slowly get used to it and adjust. My doctor started me on the minimum Wegovy dose to the point to where I felt nothing until the 3rd month.

Lost 41lbs since March. Cut out alcohol 100%. Swim in the morning 5-6 days a week. Low weight, hi reps with weights and walking. I’m 54 and was headed to old age being a heavy man. Feel better than I ever have. Performing better at work. The one thing I will say is if you meet this halfway by doing your part, you will get the most out of it.

How have those of you that have tried done on it. Mine is for weight loss due too back trouble and heart disease. Appreciate any feedback.

For me, with wegovy, the weight came off slowly at first as I didn't make drastic changes in my diet. Ate less, sure. Almost unconsciously, I stopped craving sweets, fast food, and general junk food.

I had got out of hand for a couple of years following COVID with my snacking, over eating, and lack of movement. I'm down 60lbs since January. As I lost weight, I became more comfortable to move (funny how that works). I started an elliptical program and now do 40 min hill climbs. I have not start weights, but I will. My biggest issue with the kids in school now is making time. I'm determined to not go back so this is a must.
