Rebecca’s 5 day split program is the best thing on the whole platform, IMO. I’ve done several rounds of this split for 10-12 weeks each and saw huge strength improvement. I now use the Peloton Strength + app almost exclusively for strength and I highly suggest to check that out too. It’s included in your all access membership.
