cool nobody cares

Eat protein on your plate first. Eat slow.

If you want to snack, eat fruit. its 5 pills 2/3x per day, not a big deal

Pay the piper and get the heart rate up. Get out of breath a few times a week. Lift the other days.

bro no shite. no offense but you are on the H&F board, everyone already knows all that

quote:

Keep it simple, stupid.

i did, stupid.

no offense against everyone coming in that "just move more and eat less" but no fricking shite. Nobody said...take this and you can eat and do what you want. I was simply giving people an option to take the fat loss to the next level. for many it gets difficult to maintain and stick to the diet after a certain point. Getting below a true 12% on the inbody gets hard AF. These things can help

Im pretty sure we have rehashed diet about a million times on here so coming in and saying eat protein, eat in a deficit isnt some new revelation

and no im not mad, just gets annoying. If you arent interested in taking the stack and think its stupid...great, its not for everyone, but you dont have to come with stupid comments like keep it simple stupid either.

Why are you getting so bent out of shape?

No, not everyone knows what I posted. We have plenty of people over here coming for advice. No one is going to take $1200 worth of supplements a year and be able to keep it up for any significant period of time.

You’re better than this. Quit over reacting.

I would rather take a shot once a week than take take 2-3 pills, 2-3 times a day.

umm you realize people are paying way way more than that for GLP-1 right? this was meant to be a much cheaper alternative for that as i stated.

im not, your hatin on my thread

in all seriousness this thread was for those trying to take it to the next level after hitting a plateau and those that cant afford GLP-1 but want something to give similar results.

and for real..$100/month is alot but its much cheaper than the semglutide shots if insurance will not cover it.

yea i mean in the end, the EC and the GDA/NA-RALA are really just to help you eat less. Sure EC can help with metabolic rate but not nearly as much as an hour walk or lifting heavy 3x per week will.

still going to be 90% diet and exercise.

You know people who have gotten the shits from Simaglutide? Everyone seems to be constipated instead.

yea, its one of the two and alot is based off what they eat.

eat processed greasy food....shite city. eat no fiber...clogged up like peanut butter.

honestly making sure you get lots of fiber seems to help with this across the board.

metformin is similar and actually the berberine can be similar to metformin.

essentially with all of these medicines...eat like shite and it will punish you for it.

Remembered this thread from a few weeks ago and I’m sort of in that spot. I’m about a week into taking creapure and my workouts have been great. It is the diet that’s holding me back.

Long story but I got sort of fat during Covid. Not huge but needed to lose some. Lost about 40 with a super strict caloric deficit, gained about 10 back since I was too skinny and feeling weak. Steadily increasing workouts but want to help shed some fat. So I’m going to try eating leaner and do the EC for a month and see how it works. Got the Bronkaid and caffeine pills tonight. Also going to add in more leg days or increase what I’m doing there.
