More and better sleep first. Caffeine helps, but not too much.
Also daily activity including things like walking and yard work on days I don't exercise is really important. Last, you are younger than me but will offer I never lift more than 3 days in a row now, and try to only do 2 days in row. My body benefits more from the recovery time than an extra workout day, and when I push it my workouts suffer and I feel like crap the next day. Also scheduled deload weeks are a must.

My favorite is Transparent Labs bulk black. Limited ingredients and no sucralose.
