Workout plan evaluation with some hindrances to consider

I need some help reworking my workout plan. My goal is to maintain healthy weight while building and maintaining muscle. I know the calories in/calories out stuff and I have extensive experience with lifting and running.
But I’m running into some issues that I have to work around for the next four months and potentially a year (grad school). I can’t really put a lot of time and energy into exercise until I get through December. I might have time constraints during dissertation writing, but I’m hoping some flexibility opens up during that time.
Also, I’m getting (slightly) injured often due to hip mobility issues and shoulder mobility issues. Unfortunately, I have to sit a good bit between work, school, and commuting to school, so I don’t know if my hips will open up the way I need.
Anyways, all that to say: squats and deadlifts are out. Bent over rows are out as well.
So here’s the plan I have so far:
Sunday
Bench
Pull Ups
Dumbbell Split Squats
(Accidentally hit post - still editing)

Haha damnit. I gave up on posting this thread after typing it all out because the act of writing it gave me all the answers I needed.
Also, for anyone who hasn’t made this mistake, if you go to add a bolded word, don’t click “go” on your phone when you’re ready for it to be added to the post. It’ll post the whole damn thread before you’re ready.
